COMMISSION TERMS OF SERVICE
Please read my terms and conditions carefully below!
By commissioning me, it means you agree with my term of service.

Things to Prepare Before Ordering:
Personal or commercial use.
Permission to upload. (additional fee starts from $5 if commission result is not allowed to be posted)
Character reference.
Pose and expression reference.
Clothes reference.
Any other important points.
How to Order:
- Do consult with me before ordering.
- Please provide me with a clear reference for more efficiency (the more detailed references are welcome!)
- I have the right to decline your order if it's beyond my capacity.
- Once everything is set, please send your inquiry to my commission account or e-mail me at [email protected]

Payment:
- Payment done via PayPal, Ko-fi or Wise.
- Front payment need to be done after the reference is sent within 48 hours (down payment available for >USD100 order).
- I will start the commission after the payment is done .
- If the commission has a deadline, please notify me at least 2 weeks before the due date. If the deadline notice was given to me later than what I agreed, I will charge it with a rush fee.
- The final commission file that has been sent via email will be considered as finished and cannot be revised (on a note, unless the file broke and the mistake is on me).
Process:
Order via email/DM → invoice →
sketch→ base color check → final
- Est. 7-30 days after payment (could be faster depending on commission types and circumstances).
- Please give me detailed information and clear reference for faster work.
- NO RUSHING. Unless there is a deadline agreement on the front.
- Clients may have alterations. However, major changes such as changing poses, changing the characters and the outfits etc, is not allowed if I already started working on the commission.
- Revision after the finishing is only done for small adjustments (color tone, etc.).
- Max 2 major revisions. Max 5 minor revisions.
Progress:
Please expect an update every 2-3 days.
(I will inform you beforehand if any personal circumstances happen)
Copyright:
- As the illustrator, I have the right to publish my artwork on any website as a portfolio (except for private and commercial commission based on the agreement on the contract).
- The commissioner has the right to publish/upload the commissioned artwork to any website (credit is not needed but well appreciated).
- The commissioner is not allowed to alter the commissioned artwork without MY consent.
- The commissioner DON'T have any right to use commissioned artwork as a commercial object on NON-commercial commission.
- Other people beside the commissioner and me DON'T have any right to publish/upload the commissioned artwork to any website unless they have my/commissioner permission.
- Do not use my artworks for AI learning or any activity that involving AI..·:¨☆◦✦◦☆¨:·.Feel free to contact me if you have any more questions!
Extra Charge:
Cover art/music will have commercial charge depends on the use
